Each week from 11:30a - 11:45a, the students gather with our music director, Suzanne Feltner, to sing, play instruments and prepare ways they can lead worship.
Adults have two opportunities:
Adult Sunday School - Luke For Everyone!
24 lessons on the Life of Jesus as discovered in the Gospel of Luke. - Sundays after worship in the Parlor
Each class includes scripture and a brief introduction about how we can find meaning in the readings. Luke for Everyone introduces us to life in early Christianity, and shows how each story fits with those that went before. We will discuss Jesus’ most important sayings, and consider stories such as the Sermon on the Mount, and key themes of Jesus ministry, such as trust. Each week includes scripture and thoughts about life in early Christianity and what that means for us today. The Gospel of Luke is for everyone!
The Chapel Class is led by Melinda Thomas and uses a variety of DVD book studies. Class is an interactive discussion. Topics vary throughout the year.
The “Children’s Arts at Trinity” (C.A.T.) program is held on Wednesday evenings from 4:30- 7:00 for a total of 20 weeks. The students who attend are working on the musical “Stone Soup”; drumming/percussion, creating a variety of visual art projects and singing and dancing. Participants also enjoy food and fellowship together as part of the experience.
Each summer our Senior High Youth travel to participate in their own mission trip. Locations and work vary from year to year.
This class uses a variety of material including Bible Studies, Movie Studies and Topical Issues. We even hit up the nearby coffee shop sometimes!
The Nursery is provided for infants and toddlers during both our 9:30a worship service and our 10:45a Christian Education opportunities. Our Nursery is located on the second floor.
